1. The lorries with a maximum permissible weight of over 3.500 kg and the trailers must:

2. Anti-rolling wedges (chocks) must be fitted to:

3. The proper way to load a lorry is as follows:

Fine of 50.000 drachmas and immobilisation of the vehicle.
9. If you exceed the maximum permissible weight or maximum permissible loading per axle by over 20%, the following punishment will be inflicted upon you:
Fine of 100.000 drachmas, immobilisation of the vehicle and immediate taking away of the vehicle registration licence and number plates for 30 days
Fine of 200.000 drachmas, immobilisation of the vehicle and immediate taking away of the vehicle registration licence and number plates for 40 days.
Fine of 200.000 drachmas, immobilisation of the vehicle and immediate taking away of the vehicle registration licence and number plates for 60 days.
10. If a vehicle carries more than one hazardous materials, they should be indicated:
By a “hazardous materials carried” plate.
By a plate-label at the rear part.
By as many plates-labels (rear part) as are the hazardous materials.
